Online Systems Project Manager

Full Time Role

Macclesfield Tutorial College require a graduate to drive the development of online teaching systems. This is a full time appointment and the successful candidate will be required to work within a team in a small business environment. It will be a varied and interesting role that involves full project lifecycles – from researching products to designing, developing and testing solutions, involving the capture and manipulation of audio and video data. An important part of the role will be to look to the future for innovative methods and techniques in the delivery of distance learning.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Undergraduate degree in a related subject, such as IT, Media/Sound/Film Production, Videography,Social Media Marketing; Proven interest in online communication, video/film production (we are particularly interested to hear from creative individuals with their own YouTube channel, blog or video-led Instagram account); strong communication skills; team player

HOURS: Full time

SALARY: ca. £20-24K per annum

ROLE NOW FILLED - Office Administrator

Full or Part Time Job Share

The role requires previous office experience working in an educational establishment, such as a school, college or university. The position involves interacting with students, parents and tutors as well as being responsible for a variety of interesting and challenging administration tasks as part of the office staff. This may include tasks such as payments and accounts, exams administration, sales, staff and tutor pay, timetabling, and supporting customers on the telephone and via email.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Experience in an educational environment; IT Skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office package); Strong communication and organisational skills

HOURS: Full or Part-time job share starting in September 2017 (Please indicate in your application whether Full or Part time preferred)
