HISTORY
The course comprises the study of British History as well as the understanding of change and development over time. It builds on understanding of the past through experiencing a broad and balanced course of study. AS and A2 certification are offered and both are required to receive the GCE certification in History.
The specification offered is the AQA examination board.

This is an excellent contributory subject towards University entry and has the potential to lead to a career in Archaeology, Historical research and Museum Curator.
