Please complete all fields on the application form below to apply to sit an exam as a private candidate with Macclesfield Tutorial College. You will only need to submit your personal details once but should then fill in the complete subject record for each subject you wish to enter.

Once complete, please either scan and return it to the College, or post it to us. Our contact details can be found here. We recommend that you also retain a copy of the form for your own records. Once you submit the form, we will review it and contact you to confirm the details and will then provide you with an invoice and an examination entry will be made upon receipt of full payment.
